Judge schedules criminal trial for James Comey for July 15

A federal judge set a July 15 trial date for former FBI Director James Comey on new criminal charges of threatening President Trump. The trial will be overseen by U.S. District Judge Louise Flanagan in North Carolina. Comey does not have to attend a Monday court session.
