Australia news live: woman to appear in court charged with joining Islamic State

A 32-year-old woman, Janai Safar, will appear in court in Sydney after being charged with being a member of Islamic State upon her arrival back in Australia from Syria. She was part of a group of 13 women and children who arrived back in separate flights into Sydney and Melbourne. Two more women face charges in Melbourne.
