DHS can’t create vast DNA database to track ICE critics, lawsuit says

The Department of Homeland Security and FBI are being sued for allegedly collecting DNA samples from peaceful protesters arrested at the Broadview ICE facility in Chicago. The protesters claim their First and Fourth Amendment rights were violated. They demand an injunction to stop the alleged violations.
