SPLC pleads not guilty in fraud case brought by Trump administration

The Southern Poverty Law Center pleaded not guilty to fraud charges brought by the Trump administration. The charges accuse the organization of defrauding donors using a now-defunct informant program. The Justice Department is pursuing the case.
