Fake IT workers rented laptops to Nork scammers, got prison time

Matthew Isaac Knoot and Erick Ntekereze Prince were sentenced to 18 months in prison for participating in a North Korean scam posing as American IT workers. The scheme generated over $1.2 million in fraudulent revenue for North Korea. Both individuals will also face supervised release after their prison terms.
