Paramedic tells inquest 999 crews 'winged it' as they tried to save mother stuck headfirst in sea defence rocks from drowning

A paramedic testified that 999 crews did their best to save a mother stuck in sea defence rocks from drowning. The mother was stuck headfirst and the crews tried to rescue her. The incident is being investigated.
