Valve is fighting Steam Controller scalpers with a new reservations system

Valve's new Steam Controller sold out quickly and the company is introducing a reservations system to combat scalpers. The controller was initially priced at $99, but some sellers on eBay listed it for much higher prices. Valve is making changes to improve the buying experience.
