Man arrested near home of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

A man was arrested near Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's home on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon. The arrest occurred in Wolferton after reports of intimidating behavior. Norfolk police made the arrest.
