Man charged in DC shooting was walking near JD Vance’s motorcade, agent says

Michael Marx was shot by authorities after firing a gun near the Washington monument and JD Vance's motorcade. He made vulgar remarks about the White House after the confrontation. Marx was taken to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
