Photon SOL: Why has my P&L and remaining SOL balance DECREASED when the price of the token has INCREASED?

The user's P&L and remaining SOL balance have decreased despite the token's price increasing. The user has been holding the token and not selling or trading. The issue is occurring on the Photon platform.
