Police arrest naked man accused of terrorizing Reseda neighborhood

A naked man was arrested for terrorizing a Reseda neighborhood by constantly exposing himself and threatening others. The suspect lives in the 7700 block of Garden Grove Avenue. Neighbors have been living in fear since he moved in years ago.
