California man sentenced to prison for using pickaxe to kill teen brother with cerebral palsy

Zuberi Sharp, a 26-year-old California man, was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for pleading guilty to the second-degree murder of his 15-year-old half-brother, Zayde, who had cerebral palsy. The victim was killed with a pickaxe in a shed in their backyard. Sharp also admitted to special allegations and aggravating factors, including inflicting great bodily injury and using a weapon.
