Kaptur, Merrin set for House rematch in Ohio

Rep. Marcy Kaptur and former state Rep. Derek Merrin are set to face off in a House rematch in Ohio after winning their respective primaries. Kaptur has represented Ohio's 9th Congressional District since 1983 and narrowly defeated Merrin in 2024. The two will compete again in November.
