Apple could let you pick a favorite AI model in iOS 27

Apple plans to allow users to choose their preferred AI model in iOS 27, enabling third-party chatbots to power AI features system-wide. This update will also permit users to select different Siri voices for various AI models. The changes are expected to arrive this fall in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27.
