New ownership pending for historic Riverside hotel

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside is undergoing a change in ownership to the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation, a local tribe. The hotel is known for its annual Festival of Lights, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors. The purchase of the 150-year-old hotel is currently in process.
