Ring camera footage shows knife-wielding man acting erratically before arrest in Sacramento

A 56-year-old man was arrested in Sacramento's Arden neighborhood after wielding a knife and behaving erratically near homes and businesses. Police responded to reports of the incident and took the man into custody. The man's identity has not been released.
