DOJ asks judge to vacate Federal Reserve subpoena decisions

The US Department of Justice is asking a court to vacate its decision on two subpoenas related to Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell. The DOJ had been investigating Powell, but announced last month that it was closing its probe. The issue is now considered moot.
