Tesla hits Musk’s threshold for ‘safe unsupervised’ driving

Tesla's fleet of vehicles has driven over 10 billion miles using the Full Self-Driving system, crossing Elon Musk's threshold for 'safe unsupervised' driving. However, Tesla's FSD system remains a Level 2 system that requires a human driver to monitor the road. The company has not yet transitioned to fully autonomous driving.
