Flat tire trap, thieves grab $25K in bold L.A. 'bank jugging' heist

Thieves stole $25,000 in cash from a man leaving a Wells Fargo branch in Los Feliz using 'bank jugging' tactics, and another man was stolen of $3,000 in Montebello using similar methods. The victim of the $25,000 theft is speaking out about the incident. The total amount stolen in the two incidents is $28,000.
