‘They know they’re safe’: beagles saved from US research facility after protests

Big Dog Ranch Rescue has made a deal to buy 1,500 dogs from Ridglan Farms, a Wisconsin breeding and research facility, after recent protests. The rescued beagles seem to know they are safe and are enjoying attention from their rescuers. The rescue effort is underway with the first dogs already removed from the facility.
