Tesla starts selling Chinese-made Model 3s in Canada at the EV's lowest price ever

Tesla has begun selling Chinese-made Model 3s in Canada at the lowest price in the EV's history, starting at $39,490 CAD ($29,000 USD) for the Premium Rear-Wheel Drive variant. The vehicles are produced at the Giga Shanghai factory.
