California Highway Patrol pulls over teeny-tiny car, driver cited for suspended license

A California Highway Patrol officer in Northern California pulled over a miniature electric low-speed vehicle, the LE Coco Coupe Electric LSV Golf Car, near Redding. The driver was cited for operating with a suspended license.
