Ex-Tory councillor who drugged and raped wife admits making child abuse images

Philip Young, a former Conservative councillor, pleaded guilty to 11 counts of rape, 11 counts of administering a substance to his ex-wife, and creating indecent images of children. He initially denied the charges but later changed his pleas in January 2024 at Winchester Crown Court.
