Congress punts FISA renewal to June

Congress delayed the renewal of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to June after the Senate rejected a bill that included a ban on the Federal Reserve issuing a digital currency. The Senate approved a 45-day extension by unanimous consent instead.
