Ukraine Says It Hit Russia’s Oil Station and Sanctioned Tanker

Ukraine claimed to have hit a Russian oil station near Perm, with NASA FIRMS satellite imagery showing a heat anomaly on April 29. The station is located approximately 24 kilometers from the city of Perm.
