9 stolen catalytic converters recovered in Burbank, 2 arrested

Two suspects were arrested and nine stolen catalytic converters were recovered after a police chase in Burbank on April 26. The Burbank Police Department responded to a catalytic converter theft in progress in the 200 block of Santa Anita Avenue.
