Gunshot at dinner may have struck officer's phone in pocket of bulletproof vest

A suspect fired a shotgun at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, striking an officer's phone in a bulletproof vest. Officials estimated the suspect was running at 9 mph when he bypassed a checkpoint.
