Cloudera had US candidates send resumes to a fake email address, DoJ charges

The US Department of Justice has accused Cloudera of creating a fake email address to discard applications from American workers as part of a parallel hiring process, violating requirements for the permanent residency program for foreign workers. The PERM filings, which mandate fair consideration for American candidates, were allegedly manipulated to prioritize foreign hires.
