LAPD officer, civilian injured in Pacoima dog attack

An LAPD officer and a civilian were injured in a dog attack in Pacoima while assisting with the cleanup of a homeless encampment. The incident occurred at 9:45 a.m. near San Fernando Road and Montague Street.
