Mexican special forces arrest top commander of powerful cartel

Mexican special forces arrested Audias Flores, also known as 'El Jardinero', a top regional commander of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in Nayarit. Flores was considered a potential successor to the cartel's former leader, Nemesio Oseguera 'El Mencho', who was killed in February.
