Virginia court rules in favor of Democrats in redistricting case

A Virginia court ruled in favor of Democrats in a redistricting case, denying a Republican attempt to block the results of a redistricting referendum. The Richmond Circuit Court judge rejected the Republican National Committee and Virginia GOP's request to halt the new congressional map approved by voters.
