Four-fifths of UK mental health nurses say their workload is unmanageable

A poll by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) found that 80% of UK mental health nurses report unmanageable workloads, with 50% stating patients frequently come to harm due to high caseloads, understaffing, and excessive administrative tasks.
