New York woman convicted for throwing dynamite at boyfriend, blowing off his hand as he tried to get rid of it

Keyonna Waddell, a 35-year-old woman from Deer Park, New York, was convicted of first-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon after throwing a homemade dynamite stick at her sleeping boyfriend, causing him to lose his hand. The incident occurred in March 2024, with Waddell facing up to 25 years in prison at her sentencing on May 27.
