Aave asks Arbitrum to send 30K ETH from Kelp exploiter to ‘DeFi United’

Aave has requested Arbitrum to transfer 30,000 ETH from a Kelp exploit perpetrator to the 'DeFi United' relief fund, which has already received $21 million in contributions and could receive an additional $215 million if governance proposals pass.
