Justice Departmenturges group to drop Trump ballroom lawsuit after WHCA dinner shooting

The Justice Department urged a preservation group to drop its lawsuit against the White House regarding President Trump’s ballroom project following a shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) dinner. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche shared a letter on social media requesting the lawsuit be dismissed.
