BitGrail's liquidator, Francesco Firano, offered 4.2 million NANO to creditors and the Nano Team in exchange for dropping legal claims, but the proposal was rejected. BG Services Srl (formerly BitGrail) still holds €100,000 and 4.2 million NANO in residual assets as legal proceedings continue.
