Queensland police recall all service-issued Glock handguns after discovery of fault causing multiple shots to fire

Queensland police have retested all service-issued Glock 40-calibre handguns after a fault was discovered that could cause the weapons to fire multiple shots. The malfunction was identified during routine testing of the firearm, which has been the standard-issue sidearm for Queensland police officers since the 1990s.
