FAA probing close call at JFK airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating a near-miss incident involving two planes at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Republic Airways flight 4464 aborted its landing after deviating from the intended approach path and coming too close to another aircraft operated by Jazz Aviation.
