Arson suspect sought after multiple rubbish fires in Van Nuys

Authorities are seeking an arson suspect after three rubbish fires broke out in the 15000 block of Burbank Boulevard in Van Nuys. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the incidents within a two-hour span Wednesday morning.
