GitHub opts all CLI users into telemetry collection whether they want it or not

GitHub, owned by Microsoft, has enabled default telemetry collection for its command-line interface (CLI) users, collecting pseudonymous data to improve products. Users can opt out if they prefer not to participate in this data tracking.
