University of Wisconsin scientist accused of trying to poison lab colleague who got promotion

Makoto Kuroda, a University of Wisconsin scientist, is accused of attempting to poison a lab colleague who received a promotion. He appeared in Dane County Court, where a $5,000 bond was set by Court Commissioner Brian Asmus.
