Arrest made in violent 57 Fwy kidnapping, assault in Orange County

A 42-year-old Anaheim man was arrested in connection with a violent kidnapping and assault on the 57 Fwy in Orange County. The incident occurred early Sunday when two victims, a man and a woman, were targeted in a vehicle at an undisclosed location in Anaheim.
