Wisconsin mayor who removed ballot drop boxes won’t face charges

A Wisconsin mayor who removed an absentee ballot drop box ahead of the 2024 presidential election will not face charges, according to a special prosecutor. Doug Diny, mayor of Wausau, Wisconsin, took the action in September 2024, claiming he did nothing wrong.
