Foreign fugitive wanted for woman’s killing lived undetected in US for possibly years before ICE arrest

Jose Gustavo Angulo Bernal, a Mexican illegal immigrant wanted for a 2018 homicide in Sinaloa, was arrested by ICE in Arizona after living undetected in the U.S. for years. ICE highlighted his arrest as part of efforts to remove foreign fugitives and criminals.
