FAA eyes fines for American, Southwest over employee drug, alcohol testing violations

The FAA has proposed a $255,000 fine against American Airlines for violating drug and alcohol testing regulations, citing 12 flight attendants with positive results. Southwest Airlines is also under investigation for similar violations.
