Swalwell, Gonzales officially resign from Congress, avoiding expulsion votes

Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell and GOP Rep. Tony Gonzales officially resigned from Congress on Tuesday, avoiding expulsion votes. They submitted their resignation letters to the House clerk.
