Appeals court halts Boasberg contempt inquiry over Venezuelan deportation flights

A three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals blocked U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg's contempt inquiry into the Trump administration's failure to suspend Venezuelan deportation flights to El Salvador. The administration cited former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in its response.
